What started out as a simple pleasure cruise to New York City has turned into kind of a weird career fair in a few ways:

1. I emailed a person I know at a magazine in New York about some work.
2. Another person I know emailed me some contacts of some people in New York.
3. I kind of want to try to get a job as a Census taker in New York, which requires that you go into the Census office and take a “written test of basic skills.”  So maybe I’ll do that.
4. I just learned from Craigslist I could be a “Baby Product Reviewer.”
